Conditions of Supply of Goods

We will not send goods unless you have accepted our conditions of supply of goods. They must be accepted by an 'approved respresentative' of the organisation, for example a finance officer.

Please click on the link below, print the conditions of supply of goods, complete your name, institution (state private order if only for your own use), signature and position.

If it is private order solely for your own use and to be paid for by you, write 'private order' for the approved representative and post with your cheque and order.
