Dispatch


99% of publications are ready to be dispatched and we aim to post your order to you within 2 working days of receiving it.

During exceptionally busy periods (in particular September) it may take us up to 5 working days to send out your order.

A very small number of publications may not be ready for dispatch; the most common reasons are that we are taking pre-orders or that we have approved a resource for publication which has subsequently not passed quality control or additional work is required. In these cases it takes longer than expected to prepare the resource for publication and this may involve discussion with the author and/or other writers.
